We are a team of locals who are deeply passionate about the Thousand Islands and all that this beautiful area has to offer. We know the region like the back of our hand, and we take great pride in sharing its many wonders with visitors from all around the world.

Comfortable 1, 2 & 3 bedroom cottages over looking the river. All cottages are fully furnished, cooking facilities, private bath and showers, screened in porches, cable TV and Wi-FI. We have a swimming pool with large deck that faces the river. It it’s fishing you want and don’t have a boat, use the docks or shoreline. Our docks are protected on the bay side and have lights and electric hookup. Marina and gas dock next door. We also offer pontoon rentals! Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in Clayton. Weekend, weekly or monthly rentals are available – minimum stay of one week during July and August. (Weekly rentals in this home are available on flexible start and end dates – Saturday arrival is not required – allowing guests to enjoy a full weekend in Clayton for boat shows, special events, weddings, etc.).

This beautiful four bedroom and two bath home is conveniently located in the charming village of Clayton in the picturesque Thousand Islands region. The home was completely renovated in 2007, done with much love by the owner, as it was his family home. No detail was overlooked, from the bronze light fixtures and door handles to the custom iron stairway railing. The home is tastefully decorated with local historic photos and artwork. Local history books along with a variety of paperbacks and games are available for your enjoyment. Upscale features include central air, a Jacuzzi bath, custom hickory cabinets, kitchen island, Corian countertops, wood laminate flooring throughout the downstairs, Berber carpet upstairs, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with cable service, plus wireless internet.

This home is fully equipped for your stay, including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Each of the four bedrooms has a queen sized bed. Pillows, blankets and linens are provided and beds are freshly made prior to your arrival. Guests need only bring towels, toiletries and paper products.

You’ll have views of the St. Lawrence River, French Bay and French Creek to admire during your stay. Sliding glass doors from both the dining room and master bedroom open onto a large deck and very large, private yard. A sizeable parking area allowing three to four cars is surrounded by beautiful stonework with built-in flower boxes. This home must be seen to be appreciated.

Enjoy all of the amenities of the Clayton area, including the community pool and recreation center, coffee shops, art galleries, unique stores, fitness center, boat tours, museums, kayak and boat rentals, eco-tours, tennis courts, golf courses and a large playground – all within walking distance. Weekend, weekly or monthly rentals are available with a minimum stay of three nights. During summer we require a minimum stay of seven nights.  Rentals in this home are on a Thursday to Thursday or Friday to Friday basis, allowing guests to enjoy a full weekend in Clayton for boat shows, special events, weddings and any other event that brings you to the beautiful area.

Located in the Village of Clayton, this cozy 3BR/2BA home is located across the street from the St. Lawrence River where a dock rental is available (for an additional fee). The home is within walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a golf course. The house is also close to a grocery store, liquor store and 1 mile from downtown Clayton on Riverside Drive. Newly Remodeled 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Home

The Zenda Farmhouse is a newly remodeled year round rental located across from the historic Zenda Farm. The home is situated just outside the Village of Clayton, 1.5 miles from the main stoplight and 1.9 miles from Clayton’s downtown shopping and dining district.

The interior of the 2 story home has been completely remodeled in 2019 & 2020 and offers accommodations for up to 9 guests. The home features 4 bedrooms (3 queen bedrooms and 1 with a trundle bed and twin bed). There is a bathroom located on each floor with a fully handicap accessible shower on the first floor and a shower/tub unit on the second with towels provided. Guests need to bring their own toiletries.

Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with a flat screen television, and the house offers high speed internet (WiFi)

The kitchen boasts of new appliances and cooking basics. Step outside the kitchen to a back deck with a table and grill for outdoor dining. Guests need to bring their own paper products. There is a new washer and dryer on the first floor as well.

The garage has room for 1 vehicle inside, and there is plenty of outside parking. The attached mud room has ample space to store your luggage or for our hunters and fishermen storage for guns, fishing gear, clothing, etc.
