Welcome to Roosevelt, offering 1 and 2 bedroom waterfront rentals in a relaxing, family friendly park like setting with a playground and beach/swim area.  Protected dockage available.

Our cottages have a private bathroom/shower and open kitchen/living space, stocked with cookware/dishes.  Each has a screened porch or deck for a perfect view of the shipping channel.  Fire pits, grills, and wifi included; AC available.  Pets welcome.

We are open mid May to mid October and look forward to seeing you at the River!
