This River Vacation home is like renting 4 hotel rooms at once, the 13 room house, is all about location, location, location. Our place is perfect for couples, friends, business travelers, and families. (Sorry NO Pets due to allergies) Annually we complete a small update or Improvment to keep our former guest to keep wanting to return. We boast about the full kitchen. This destination is perfect for fishing, scuba, boating, dock space available for extra fee$.

The house was built in 1860 and has been totally renovated in the last few years. Designed for large families with 4 bedrooms and a total of 6 beds. With updated linen and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 full bathroom, pot, pans, dishes, towels all included with rent. Yard has large fire pit area. Rental includes free fire wood, gas grill with propane, picnic table(s) and 10 lawn chairs, dock on river is available to rent (extra fee) washer/dryer. Two Full size Refregerator Frezzer, ice maker
