Featuring the works of the late Jacque Clements. Jacque was a prolific artist, creating paintings, drawings, sculptures and wood carvings for over 50 yrs. He was well known in the Rochester area, having taught at Monroe Community, and serving as Chairman of the Art Dept for a period.

He was one of the original instructors at the Thousand Island Craft School in Clayton in the mid sixties. His paintings range from interprative abstract, to representational, with many variations and mediums included. We have a large collection of his drawings, and a wonderful selection of his creative wood carvings and ceramic sculptures. Our gallery is modest in size ,so we will be rotating the selections throughout the seasons.

We are working on a website to display the entire collection, but in the meantime I will present some selections on this forum . Purchasing Art is a very personal process and we encourage anyone who sees a carving or image online to visit the gallery and experience the piece in person. We are currently open for public viewing on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from 11:00pm to 3:00 pm, but are also very open to making appt. for private showings. Just call 315-783-8744.
