Chef Chris Di Prinzio and his family are bringing an intimate waterfront restaurant to the beautiful 1000 Islands in Clayton, New York.
Di Prinzio’s provides a contemporary vibe in the bright 1500 square foot indoor space with an additional 1300 square feet of outdoor waterfront deck space.
The new venue is located at 428 Riverside Drive, directly behind Freighters of Clayton in the new Clayton Yacht House.
The menu at Di Prinzio’s will incorporate all of Chris’s favorite spices, produce and global recipes. A succinct wine and cocktail menu includes wines from all around the world, select craft beer and a handful of culinary-minded cocktails.
