We provide compassionate primary care for children and adults of all ages. This includes health screenings, preventative care, management of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, care for short-term illnesses and injuries, and referrals to specialists when needed.

Samaritan Family Health Centers are conveniently located in Adams, Cape Vincent, Clayton, Lacona, LeRay, Sackets Harbor and Watertown. All locations are now accepting new patients and also accept most major insurance providers.
