Coyote Moon Vineyards

Welcome to Coyote Moon Vineyards. Owners Phil and Mary Randazzo have a vision to produce unique, complex and flovorful quality wines from these vineyards. Fine wines can only be made with high quality grapes. Our four grape varieties, Frontenac, La Crescent, Marquette and Frontenac Gris evolved out of the University of Minnesota's highly acclaimed Cold Hardy Wine Grapes Program. Our North Country climate combined with the constant moisture flow from the St. Lawrence River is a perfect match for growing cold hardy vines. Once the vineyards have matured a bit, we will begin the wine making process, expecting to bottle wines for sale in May or June 2009. At that time, tours will be available of the wine making area and a tasting room will allow visitors to taste before they purchase. In the meantime, we would be happy to take you out to the vineyards to see how they have grown. Please call 315-686-5600 or 315-686-3630 for a tour. Our philosophy is simple....We are not just growing grapes, we are growing wines.
