Mid River Farm produces 100% grass-fed beef. We believe this yields meat that is better tasting, healthier for you, healthier for the animal, and better for the environment.
At Mid River Farm, our cattle are fed a diet consisting only of forages (grass), and never grain. We are promoting both healthier animals and meat with a healthier fatty acid ratio. No hormones are used at any point during the life of the animal. In addition, our meat has very few food miles and is not trucked thousands of miles from farm to table.
Founded in 2016, PieZano’s is Watertown, NY’s newest locally owned and operated pizzeria. We make the kind of pies you can’t find at a typical corporate shop; they’re handmade on fresh dough and topped with the finest quality ingredients. But we don’t stop at pizza: We serve so much more, from our popular garlic knots and buffalo chicken wraps to fresh salads, hot wings, and even our new pasta menu.
